How To Claim Your Covered Dental Cleaning & Check Up With Us:

If you are a student at UTM, all you need is to book an appointment with us and provide your UTM student ID. We will take care of the rest. Leave the insurance claims and boring paperwork to us.

Your Green Shield Canada ID Number (or insurance policy number) is your UTM student number, and suffix “-00”. For example: UTM1001234567-00.
